Community Outreach Officer

About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and community-minded Outreach Officer to lead grassroots engagement efforts, build partnerships, and help extend the reach of our programs. If you’re passionate about social impact and love connecting with people, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with local communities to promote awareness of our services and mission
- Coordinate community events, workshops, and info sessions
- Establish relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and partner organizations
- Gather feedback and community input to inform program improvements
- Support program delivery and client onboarding in field locations
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in outreach, advocacy, or community development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in local languages is an advantage
- Organized, self-motivated, and culturally sensitive
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions or communities
- Degree or diploma in Social Work, Public Health, Communications, or related field
