About the Role
We are seeking a courteous and efficient Customer Support Officer to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring each customer has a positive experience with our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve product/service complaints with professionalism and patience
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Document all customer interactions and maintain service logs
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and solve issues
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathetic, calm, and solution-oriented under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
