About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Life Coach to support individuals in achieving personal and professional growth. As part of our team, you’ll work with clients to explore challenges, set goals, and build habits for a more fulfilled life.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients to encourage accountability and motivation
- Conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions via phone or video call
- Help clients set and track meaningful personal or career goals
- Provide actionable tools and feedback to drive transformation
- Maintain detailed, confidential records of coaching progress
Skills and Requirements
- Certification in coaching, counseling, or a related field (ICF preferred)
- Excellent active listening and communication skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy
- Experience coaching clients from diverse backgrounds
- Reliable internet connection and private virtual meeting space
